Waterproofing is the newest thing we sell and we are stocking it the way we stock everything else: what customers actually pull, in volume, rather than one of everything in a catalog. The list above is short because it is real. Tell us what you run and it has a decent chance of being on the floor by the next job.
Because it is the same wall. The barrier goes on before the lath, the sealant goes in after the cladding, and the crew doing one is often doing both. Buying it off one ticket at one yard means one delivery, one invoice, and one number to call when something is short. The nationals sell waterproofing out of a different division with a different truck and a different rep.
Waterproofing is specified as a system — membrane, primer, detail tape, protection board, drainage — and the parts have to be compatible. Substituting one component from another maker is how a warranty is lost and how a foundation leaks two winters later. Text us the wall section or the spec section and we will pull the whole assembly, not the one item on the list.
Below-grade membrane — TREMproof 250GC, 260, or hot-applied 6100, with primer and detail tape. Stocked
Drainage and protection board — TREMdrain 1000 over the membrane before backfill. Stocked

Nine layers. Four on the floor today, three by order, two in other silos — and every one of them off the same ticket. An envelope bought in four places is an envelope with four warranties and nobody to call.
Tremco · Laticrete · Metacaulk (RectorSeal) · STI
Tremco is the membrane and sealant line, at all five yards — and because Tremco and Dryvit are both Tremco CPG, the barrier behind the wall, the sealant at the window and the finish on the outside all come from one manufacturer with published compatibility between them. Laticrete is at Glenwood Springs and Grand Junction. Firestop is its own thing — Metacaulk in the west and south, STI in the mountains — because a UL system names a manufacturer and you buy the one your submittal was approved around.
All five launch yards. Montrose runs the deepest below-grade inventory. If your yard is short a size, it usually comes over from another the same day.
Common questions
Yes. TREMproof 250GC, 260 and 6100, TREMdrain 1000, Dymonic 100, and firestop are stocked at all five yards. ExoAir barriers, Vulkem traffic systems, other sealants, and Paraseal are supplied by order, with the lead time quoted before you commit.
No, and confusing them traps moisture in the wall. A WRB stops liquid water and, if it is an air barrier too, air — most are vapor-permeable on purpose so the wall can dry. A vapor barrier stops vapor and goes on the warm side.
