Tremco at Outwest
Commercial sealants and waterproofing. The line we move the most of, and the reason the whole building envelope comes off one ticket.
Five Colorado yards.
One outfit.
Sealants
StockedAll five yards, with the deepest below-grade inventory in Montrose.
Firestop is not a Tremco line here — we run Metacaulk and STI. See firestopping.
The rest of the Tremco line
Ordered against the spec, with the lead time quoted before you commit: Paraseal bentonite sheet for blindside work · ExoAir fluid-applied and self-adhered air barriers, transitions, and flashing · Dymonic 100 in any color but white · Dymonic FC for fast cure and cold weather · Vulkem 116 gun-grade and Vulkem 45 SSL self-leveling · Vulkem traffic coating systems for parking decks and balconies.
By orderThis is a line we are actively building. If you run something on this list every week, tell the branch — that is how things end up on the floor.
Tremco and Dryvit are the same family
Both are Tremco CPG. That is why the barrier behind the EIFS, the sealant at the window, and the finish on the wall can all come from one manufacturer with published compatibility between them — and off one ticket from one yard. If you are running Dryvit on the outside, the Tremco assembly behind it is the tested pairing.
Send the assembly
Tremco publishes compatibility tables for their barriers, sealants, and membranes because the parts are designed to work together and mixing makers is how a warranty is lost. Text us the wall section and we will pull the whole system.
Where it is stocked
All five launch yards. Montrose runs the deepest below-grade inventory.
Where it fits
Waterproofing and sealants — the whole silo. Also on the stucco and masonry pages, because on a stucco wall the Tremco barrier is the layer behind the lath.

Common questions
Ask the counter.
Is Tremco the same company as Dryvit?+
Both are Tremco CPG. Dryvit is the EIFS and finish line; Tremco is sealants and waterproofing. Same family, tested together.
Dymonic or Vulkem?+
Dymonic 100 for high-movement and visible joints, and it is the one we keep on the floor. Vulkem 116 for general gun-grade work and 45 SSL for anything horizontal — both by order.
250GC, 260, or 6100?+
250GC on a foundation wall with a roller. 260 when the wall is big enough that spraying is the schedule. 6100 when the detail is horizontal and something gets built on top of it — a split slab, a plaza deck, a planter.
Do you stock Tremco firestop?+
No — our firestop lines are Metacaulk and STI. Send the penetration and the rating and we will find the UL system in whichever line your yard carries.
