Effective September 30, 2026. This site is run by Outwest Drywall Supply, Inc., doing business as Outwest Building Supply, 1645 N Townsend Ave, Montrose, CO 81401, US. By using it, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

You can use this site to find out what we sell, where we are, and how to reach us. You can use the calculators. You can request a quote or a submittal. If you attach drawings or documents, you are telling us you have the right to share them, and you are letting us use them to answer your request. Do not scrape the site, break it, upload anything harmful to it, or use it to pretend to be us.

Nothing on this site is a price or an offer. Stock changes daily. A calculator gives you a starting count, not a bid. The price and the availability are what the branch tells you when you order, and the invoice is what governs.

We describe products as accurately as we can and we link to the manufacturers, whose data sheets are the authority. Sizes, ratings, and specifications on this site are a guide. The manufacturer's current documentation and the UL listing for your assembly are what count. If a page here and a manufacturer's sheet disagree, the sheet wins.

They are general information from people who do this every day. They are not engineering, not code advice for your specific job, and not a substitute for your drawings, your engineer, or your building department. Calculators can be wrong. Check the count before you order. Use them to ask better questions.

We link to manufacturers, our affiliations, and the services we use for billing and credit. We do not control those sites, and their terms apply once you are there.

The words and photographs on this site are ours. Outwest Building Supply and the Rafter OW mark are our trademarks. The Rafter OW is also a recorded Colorado livestock brand. Manufacturer logos belong to the manufacturers. Do not reuse any of it without asking.

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information here instead of on your drawings, your engineer, or the manufacturer's documentation. We are also not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. None of this limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Colorado law governs these terms. Disputes about the site go to the state or federal courts for Montrose County, Colorado. Disputes about a sale follow your account, credit, and invoice terms.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Using the site after that means you accept the new version. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
