A reveal is specified by profile shape, reveal width and depth, the board thickness it is sized for, and the finish. Get any one of those wrong and it does not fit, and there is no fixing it on site. We would rather spend ten minutes on the drawing before the order than see it come back.

Depends on the profile and the finish. Stock profiles in mill finish are fastest; anodised and custom take longer. We will tell you before you commit.
