Which tape
General masking for a day or two on a surface that does not matter. Blue for up to two weeks on finished surfaces. Edge-lock where the line has to be sharp — texture and paint both. Delicate-surface on fresh paint, wallpaper, and anything that would pull. Pre-taped film for windows and fixtures — it goes up in one motion and comes down in one.
