Which side the barrier goes on
In Colorado, the warm side — the interior face of the wall, behind the drywall. Get it on the wrong side and moisture condenses inside the assembly where you cannot see it. Faced batt has its own retarder; unfaced batt needs poly or a smart membrane over it.

Do I need a vapor barrier with closed-cell spray foam?+
Usually not. Closed cell at two inches or more is its own retarder. Open cell needs one.
Do you carry seam tape for the poly?+
