The R-values Colorado's code actually asks for, in the widths that fit the framing you have.

A 2×4 wall takes R-13 or R-15. A 2×6 takes R-19 or R-21. Ceilings and attics run R-30 and R-38. Which one the code wants depends on your climate zone — most of Colorado is 5B or 6B, the high country is 7 — and on whether the assembly has continuous insulation outside the studs. Send us the wall section and we will tell you what passes.

Common questions
Faced on the warm side of an exterior wall where you need a vapor retarder. Unfaced for interior walls, for sound, and for the second layer where two layers are stacked.
Eagle County is climate zone 6B, not 7 — that one catches people at 8,150 feet. Under the 2021 IECC the wood-frame wall is the same as a Grand Junction job: R-30 in the cavity, or R-20 plus R-5 continuous, or R-13 plus R-10. What changes is the ceiling — R-60 in 6B against R-49 in zone 5. Confirm the adopted code edition with the building department; Colorado moved the statewide requirement twice in three years.
Yes, same truck. Tell us when you order and we will stage it so it stays dry.
